David Gray, Bid Development Director at AM Bid Services said: ““I’m absolutely thrilled that we have been shortlisted as finalists for these two highly coveted business awards (Best Performing Business and High Growth), for the second year in a row. This comes following another year of high growth for the business, with a 73% increase in revenue and the addition of five new staff members. We have achieved over £1bn worth of contract wins for our clients, so our growth reflects the success we are achieving for many other organisations, as well as our own. This is testament to the expertise, dedication and commitment of our highly-focussed team, who deserve enormous credit in helping us achieve and exceed our growth targets.
“I am also delighted for Andrew Morrison, our Managing Director, who has been shortlisted for the Director of the Year award, for the second year running. This reflects the strong leadership Andrew has shown in taking the company forward to new markets, driving exponential growth and maintaining market leading bid win rates for our clients.”
Richard Ellis, Head of Membership at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce said: “We had a huge number of submissions for the ECC Annual Business Awards this year and our judges had a really tough job deciding on the shortlists. It’s great to see so many members putting themselves forward and being shortlisted for Awards – we love celebrating their successes.
“AM Bid Services have been shortlisted for 3 awards this year – Director of the Year, High Growth and Best Performing Business (1-10 employees) – which is testament to the hard work Andrew and his team put in to making the business a success. We wish him the best of luck on the evening.”
