Opportunity Overview
Catalyst Housing Group are putting out for tender a framework opportunity, intended on providing a programme of planned refurbishment works to various residential properties within CHG’s housing stock. The opportunity is split into the following 2 lots:
- Lot 1 – Internal Refurbishment works
- Lot 2 – External Refurbishment works
Works required within Lot 1 (Internal Refurbishment Works), are the following:
- Kitchen replacements
- Bathroom replacements
- Heating systems upgrades
- Electrical Re-Wires
- Major Void Refurbishments
- Internal Asbestos Management services
Works required within Lot 2 (External Refurbishment Works), are the following:
- Window and door replacements
- Roof replacements
- External envelope works (re-pointing and wall repairs, decorations etc)
- Retrofit measures to improve energy efficiency and carbon emissions
- External Asbestos Management services
